Parchment Inc. manages the ordering, processing, and secure delivery for all AHED Schools student and alumni transcript requests. For all Media Institute locations, open or closed, the College will provide a transcript of the student’s academic record upon request by the student or alumni.  Please note that a transcript cannot be produced for any individual who has an outstanding financial obligation to the College. Official Transcripts:

An official copy will be sent to the appropriate person and/or institution provided no outstanding financial obligation is due to the College. No documentation will be released to another educational institution unless the student is current on a secured payment plan for their institutional loan. A student will not receive a diploma or official transcript if they are in default with any federal loan or if the student is placed with an outside collection agency for their institutional loan.   • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
  • USPS – International: Actual number of days may vary based upon origin, destination and customs delays.
  • If you order a transcript before the degree posting process has been completed, your degree will not appear on your transcript. If you need a transcript with your degree or end of module/term grades, please select “Hold for Grades” when placing your order.
  • Records prior to 1970 are considered archived and have a processing time of 10-12 business days.

Note regarding transcript holds: If you have an unpaid balance, and there is a Hold on your transcript, official transcripts are not available until the Hold is removed. Please contact Campus Administration by phone, Student Accounts/Bursar’s Office, (419) 866-0261 to inquire about your account.
